The Yokohama Marathon Organizing Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee") is a voluntary organization established for the purpose of hosting the Yokohama Marathon.

About third-party provision of personal information
The Committee will not provide personal data to third parties without the consent of the individual, except when required by law or in the following cases:
1. In order for the Committee to send printed materials and goods, etc., your name and contact information (address, telephone number, email address, etc.) will be provided to contractors and goods providers.
2. Your name, contact information (address, telephone number, email address, etc.), age, and date of birth will be provided to the insurance company for the administrative procedures for applying for insurance coverage.
3. Your name and contact information (address, telephone number, email address, etc.) will be provided to the recipient of the donation for administrative procedures related to the donation.
4. Your name, contact information (address, telephone number, email address, emergency contact information, etc.), age, and date of birth will be provided to medical professionals in order to confirm your identity and contact your family if you require medical assistance.
If you are transported to a hospital, we will collect and provide necessary information to the medical institution to which you are transported, such as the name of your injury or illness, symptoms, location of the injury, details of treatment, any pre-existing conditions or illnesses being treated, any medications you cannot take, any allergies, etc. Furthermore, in order to consider and improve safety-related matters such as responses after an accident and the medical aid system for future Yokohama Marathon events, we will request the hospital to provide information on the name of your injury or illness, progress of symptoms, progress of treatment, and current prescriptions.

For the purpose of reporting, publishing, and video distribution on television, newspapers, magazines, the Internet, publications, etc., the video and photographs, names, ages, genders, and records of individuals taken at the Yokohama Marathon Event will be provided to businesses that report, publish, and distribute the videos.
